WHEN WILL MY EGGPLANT ARRIVE?

We strive to get your eggplant to you as soon as possible! With the amount of orders we are receiving shipping is taking about 1-2 weeks at the moment! We make sure the eggplant is fresh before shipping so you don't have to worry about it going rotten.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes of course. We mail our eggplants worldwide.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders include a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive this one your order has been shipped. By clicking the link in your email you can see where your order currently is. All domestic items are shipped via the USPS.

 

WHERE DO I ENTER MY MESSAGE?

You may add your custom message before checkout on the pull out menu that states "

Enter Your Custom Message Here!"

 

WHO'S SHIPPING ADDRESS DO I ENTER AT CHECKOUT?

Please enter the address of who you are trying to prank! Only use your address for the Billing address.

 

CAN THE EGGPLANT BE EATEN AFTER DELIVERY?

No please do not eat the eggplant, during delivery we have no control what happens to the eggplant. There could have been contamination during delivery. 

 

HOW DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE? 

You will be given the opportunity to enter a PROMO code during check-out, and after you've entered your billing and shipping information. 

 

I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES. WHAT’S GOING ON?

Please double check your shipping and billing address. Our system runs a check through your banking institution to verify all information matches before your order can be processed.  You may want to try re-typing your information to make sure it matches the proper format.  If you are still having issues please feel free to contact our customer service representatives.

 

MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Your order can be altered at any time prior to the shipment.  Once the order is shipped it is out of our control.  If it is before shipment please email us at hello@eggplantmail.com or if you would like to add something to the order you will have to place a new order.
